Who we are
Dipl. Vw Marc A. Kessemeier is a founding partner of MaKe Company in Freiburg i. Br.. He is considered an expert in corporate finance, set-up and structuring. He advises entrepreneurs and companies primarily from the life science, service and cultural industries and advises them on financing and the purchase or sale of companies.
Marc has more than 25 years of experience in building up young companies, taking into account the requirements for a successful exit.
Sylvia Ritthaler is a founding partner of MaKe Company in Freiburg i. Br.. She has over 10 years experience in setting up and implementing quality management systems in the life sciences sector.
She assists companies and laboratories at all stages of development in setting up and optimising QM systems in various application areas.
Sylvia has a Master’s Degree in Biology.
Managing partner of Independent Capital Group, he is a long-term Life Sciences investor with more than 30 years of experience in asset management and in the structuring and management of funds.
He was Senior Portfolio Manager at Roche and Pharma Analyst at UBS.
Master’s Degree in Economics and Social Sciences.
Ina is an experienced marketing and sales strategist with an international background and strong corporate foundation from the medical industry. She is currently leading marketing and key account in the food industry and is focused on brand development and cross-functional communication.
Ina holds a MBA in General Management.
Karoline has 10 years of experience in the life sciences sector. She worked for several years as a laboratory and quality management assistant. As project manager at MaKe Company, she supports and coordinates various life science projects.
Karoline holds a bachelor’s degree in molecular medicine.
